Probat Kaapi (India) Pvt. Ltd was formed in 2012, by having a joint venture with Kaapi Machines India Pvt Ltd & Probat to better serve the Indian and neighboring countries in the coffee roasting and grinding arena using the latest technology and services to generate the highest returns for our clients.
Probat has held a global position for decades and is one of the market leaders in roasting machines and plants for the coffee and food industries.
This new company Probat Kaapi (India) Pvt Ltd; has an operation based in Bangalore with a facility of a demonstration lab and training center. This center provides hands-on experience demonstration in coffee roasting and grinding for the prospective market and customers with a support of brewing and tasting facility.

Training:
How to brew an artisanal cup of coffee? Sound’s daunting? We are happy to share the knowledge of brewing a perfect cup with precision and supremacy preserving the virtue of the bean. Our training curriculum will give you a perspective about coffee and coffee makers that you have never had before. At Kaapi Machines, we understand that a great cup of coffee is the result of the precision and sophistication of the machine as well as the skill, understanding, and creativity of the barista.
Consulting:
Desire to serve coffee in your own café. Have an idea? With immense pride and experience, we will help you develop this idea into a business plan and a fully operational café from sourcing raw materials including a perfect coffee blend to coffee equipment and training the barista to operational efficiency.
Repair & Maintenance:
When your commercial coffee machine needs repair, the team at Kaapi Machines can be trusted to provide fast, efficient service and repairs. In case of a breakdown, our commercial coffee machine repairs team can help either on call or in person to resolve the issue free of cost and within minimum plausible time based on client confirmation.
AMC:
Our technicians have years of experience dealing with coffee machine & commercial coffee machine repairs and other appliances. We recommend a periodic performance check of machines at suggested intervals of 15 days, 30 days and 60 days. Regular maintenance and inspection by our coffee machine repairs team and client can limit breakdowns and considerably reduce cost.
Individual Service Agreements For Extended Warranty Terms:
At the time of purchasing the machine, the client enters into a service agreement called Preventive Maintenance Contract (PMC), which ensures fortnightly or monthly periodic inspections of the equipment based on the agreement. Any malfunctions and breakdowns caused will be repaired free of cost during the agreement time period.
